Develop a positive body image and improve self-esteem...make-over for women revolves in this important principle. Try to make friends outside of your business contacts. Make an effort to meet them after work during the week, especially if you are single and live by yourself. Even a small drink after work with a friend is a great opportunity. Do not just look at the bad parts of your body. It looks pretty good and feels good about them. Do not compare with others, and certainly not against the models and movie stars.
Age gracefully. Learn to accept it. Take care of yourself and always dress well, applying makeup and maintain a positive attitude to your body (after all, it defines who you are). Appreciate genuinely a compliment and give your best smile instead of your natural reaction to deny it. Be with people who support the lifestyle changes that enhance your body image. If you try to lose weight, stay away from people who do nothing about it. These people will only discourage you. As you make a sincere effort to change your reaction when you are successful, it must make you feel good about it.
Try to look modern - Buy clothing to flatter your figure. Get inspired by actresses and models that have their beauty, air, and looks that you like. Go with the trend of clothing and visit stores. Get advice and comments from friends. Reinvent yourself to look younger. If you are stuck in the past, if your look is outdated (you know the styles of the 80s, or worse the 70s), put yourself into the 21st century. You do not need to be a slave to fashion, but few modern pieces of clothing will make a big difference.
Feel good about your body and lose some weight - Have some form of exercise such as walking, jogging, swimming, stationary cycling, aerobic dance, etc. on a daily basis (preferably in the morning) for 30 to 60 minutes! It raises many of the body's hormones that tell your body to burn more fat. This reduces the hormones that tell your body to store fat. And it gives your metabolism a boost and burn calories. Develop a more active lifestyle. Search for a "hard" to do things - in a way that requires the most energy. You can park as far away from the store instead of looking for the closest parking. Use the stairs instead of elevators, etc.
